The concept of total quality control is an integral part of manufacturing process. The plant is well equipped with a modern metallurgical laboratory and employs sophisticated testing equipment's and techniques. Stage inspection is carried out to ensure proper surface finish, weld, correct diameter, wall thickness, length and weight. Each and every pipe is subjected to hydrotesting, to ensure against leak, before being sent on for galvanizing and threading. Based on random sampling, the product is subjected to destructive testing to ensure that the weld, tensile and compressive strengths meet the required standards. This rigid control results in a product that has:
